Description

For auction is a vintage probably 1960s or 70s Federal Glass Company souvenir mug from "The World's First Cog Railway, Mt. Washington, N.H." It has a black enameled design with the Cog Railway train car and a long curving section of track in the background. The glass is an opaque white milk glass similar to Pyrex or Fire King mugs. It is signed on the bottom with the Federal 'F' in a shield logo, Heat Proof, USA, 3. It's about 3" tall x 3 1/8" dia. (not including the handle).
It's in great shape, looks unused. No chips or cracks. The glass is shiny and smooth, no chalkiness or dishwasher problems. The black enamel design is really glossy and in nice condition with no damage or loss. I hate to call any used item mint but this may be an exception, nice mug.
