Vintage 1981 Train Steam Engine " Holland 1890 " Coffee Mug ~4.25"

Item is used and in good condition.
There is what looks like a signature/initials on the bottom of the item, possibly "B.J.I" but I am not sure what the 3rd letter is-see the 5th photo.
There are no chips or cracks.
