Rail Road Metal Cup or Experimental US Army Mess Cup. I have seen rail Road drinking cups just like these with rail Road emblems stamped on them. This cup has absolutely no markings. Much of the silver finish is present. Some surface rust is present. Not exactly sure what it is.
