    About My Playbills
    Playbills defined
    - for the purpose of this listing will refer not only to branded Playbill, but also to any equivalent publication that lists information about a particular performance. I'll try my best to make sure the proper publisher is referenced in the description, I won't remove all references to Playbill for those that are from other publishers - Showbill, StageBill, and the like. Most people use the term playbill as a generic reference regardless of the publisher. Please refer to the photo attached for clarification on what you will receive.
    Condition -
    I use the following scale:
Mint - as issued with no damage that would not be found when the usher handed it to you.
Near Mint - as issued, but perhaps with some edge wear; no tears, folds, pen marks or appreciable damage
Excellent - Great condition with perhaps a bit more wear at the corners; still no pen marks or creases or tears
Very Good - Structurally sound with no tears may have ink smudging - may have pen marks and creases, chips in cover
Good - Structurally sound - may have pen marks, minor tears creases folds significant wear to edges
Fair - has pen marks, tears, folds, loose binding are all possible.
Poor - Includes significant damage - loose cover, missing pages, large tears or missing pieces
To verify the actual damage, please refer to the photos - I'll try to get photos of the extent of the damage.
    Shipping -
You can choose your shipping method - The following USPS methods will be available (cheapest to most expensive):
Regular Mail - this is the eBay option called "Economy Shipping" when you are completing your purchase. The maximum weight on this is 6 ounces, so if you don't see it available, the weight of the item is over 6 ounces. There is no tracking or insurance, and if you choose this method, I'll send you a photo of the stamped and addressed envelope before it goes in the mail. Non-delivery is a possibility as things get lost in the mail - if you choose this method, you accept this risk. If you don't want to accept that risk, please choose Ground Advantage shipping option.
USPS Ground Advantage Rate - referred to as "Standard Shipping" or "USPS First Class" for any package up to 70 pounds, this option includes tracking plus 0 Insurance. These are in hard-sided mailers with more protection than the light-weight envelope used in Regular Mail.
Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope - No weight limit as long as they fit in the envelope.
For larger packages (bulk purchases or heavier playbills) please ask about combined shipping - It's always offered. In order to give you a price, I need a list of the items you want to purchase.
    Packaging -
To prevent damage from rain, etc, I package all playbills in plastic. I double-package the Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope as these tend to get knocked around a bit. If you have any special packaging requests, please let me know.
