(depending on the resolution of the image we receive) , these banners are both tear  and weather resistant. Size of artwork should be the exact dimension of display area,

, there is no need to add bleed since we take care of the installation for you. Artwork should be done at high-resolution, 100 DPI or higher.
Artwork submission

Submit your banner graphics to us by going to

and clicking on the Send It button. You maybe then upload to us the artwork that you want to be print.
Please make sure that your artwork is high in resolution and at actual size. We do not provide artwork design services and will only print what you send us. The following file formats are acceptable: TIF, PDF, JPEG, PSD, AI, and EPS.
FAST Turnaround:
All banners are printed, installed, and shipped
2 business days
after artwork and payment are approved. UPS Ground shipping time will vary depending on receiver’s location
Return Policy
Since printed items cannot be reused or sold, banners cannot be refunded. This is why it is important for you to make sure your image has the correct dimensions, design specs, and resolution that you want. For those planning to purchase large quantities, it is recommended that you order one test unit as proof before moving on with the large purchase.
We double check
each unit before it ships out. However, if you happen to receive a defective unit, please contact us within 7 days and we will try our best to help you resolve the situation.
Shipping and handling:

U.S. 48 Contiguous States Addresses: We ship via UPS Ground  (transit time is about 2-5 business days). P.O.Box address is not acceptable, please provide physical address and contact phone number in case of undelivered by shipping carrier.

Canadian Addresses: We ship via UPS Standard, please provide your

as required by UPS for International Shipping.
It is buyer's responsibility for any import charge
